When you enquire about or book a holiday with us you are agreeing to us processing & storing your personal data. 

The following data is collected through our booking form: Name, Address, Contact Number, Email, Number of guests and pets, arrival time, payment arrangements/details and any other data that is relevant to your stay, we may also ask for names of guests if we feel necessary. Collecting this data enables us to book and manage your stay as well as notify you of any important information.

We will share the relevant data with our cleaning/management company.

Your data is password protected through Bookalet and will be kept under UK law for a maximum of 6 years.
